Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 27, 2026
Vinride is committed to making its Services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every rider and captain to be able to move through their day with ease, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build.
Vinride is a demonstration brand. This document is an industry-standard template — review and adapt it with qualified legal counsel, and complete any [bracketed] details, before relying on it in production.
1. Our commitment
We aim to provide an inclusive experience across our apps and websites and to continually improve the accessibility of our products for the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
2. Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the ADA and EN 301 549. “Conformance” means the guidelines are fully met; we are working toward full conformance and address issues as we find them.
3. Measures we take
- Consider accessibility in design reviews and include it in our definition of done.
- Use semantic markup, sufficient color contrast, visible focus states and keyboard support.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences and provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Test with keyboards and screen readers and act on feedback from our community.
4. Compatibility
The Services are designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and voice control. Older browsers or technologies may not support every feature.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, third-party components or maps. Where you encounter a barrier, please tell us and we will provide the information or assistance you need and prioritize a fix.
6. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Vinride. If you experience a barrier or need content in an alternative format, contact us at [accessibility@vinrideltd.com]. We aim to respond within [5] business days.
7. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to escalate to the relevant accessibility or equality body in your jurisdiction. We are committed to working with you toward a resolution.
